Convenience Checking

A checking with a $0.00 minimum balance requirement. If balance falls below $0.00, monthly fee is $12.00. Unlimited check writing, Truncation statement only.

First Class Checking

With a minimum aggregate balance of $5,000.00 in any combination of checking, savings, or Certificates of Deposit,there is no service charge, and you have unlimited check writing. Additional benefits also apply. $20.00 fee if combined balanced fall below the minimum.           

Checking & Savings Accounts

Tiered Interest Checking Account

Minimum balance is $1,000.00, with no monthly fee. Interest is paid on daily balances. Interest rates may vary. A $15.00 monthly fee applies if balance falls below $1,000.00.

Preferred Merchant Services Account

Interest bearing merchant services account from one of our providers, Patriot Bankcard or High Risk CC paying competitive tiered rates, based on account balance. Minimum monthly balance is $5,000 subject to a monthly fee of $20.00 if balance falls below $5,000. Federal regulation limitations apply. Excess transaction fee also apply.

Community Interest Checking

An interest earning account with a minimum balance requirement of $250.00 A $12.00 fee is imposed if the balance falls below $250.00.

Companion Money Market Account

Available to customers with a WCB Checking account, the Companion Money Market offers our highest Interest rates on Money Markets. Minimum Balance is $1,500.00 to avoid a $25.00 service fee. Federal regulation limitations apply. Excess transaction fee also apply.

Statement Savings/Passbook Savings Account

Available to customers under the age of 18, this savings account has no minimum balance requirement and no service fees. Interest is compounded and paid monthly. Six withdrawals allowed free per month. Excess transaction fee also apply.

Companion Savings

Available with a monthly statement, or passbook, this savings account has a minimum balance requirement of $500.00. Interest is tiered by balances and compounded and paid monthly. Service fee is $25.00 if balance falls below $500.00. A Winfield Community Bank checking account is also required.

Youth Savings

Available with a monthly statement, or passbook, this savings account has a minimum balance requirement of $200.00. Service fee is $5.00 if balance falls below $200.00. Interest is compounded and paid monthly. Six withdrawals allowed free per month. Excess transaction fee also apply.

Health Savings Account

Available to individuals with High-Deductible health care plans, this account has no minimum balance requirement, and no transaction fees. Interest is compounded and paid monthly. Tax benefits for qualified contributions and distributions.
